Terms of service
Last updated 26 May 2026
Lopari is free, built by one person, and provided as-is. Use it for what it is for, don't hold us liable if something breaks, and don't claim affiliation you don't have.
Who and what
By using the Lopari desktop launcher, this website, or any Patreon-connected feature (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. The Service is run by an individual developer publishing under the itsloopyo handle. Contact: Bluesky @itsloopyo, or legal@lopari.app.
Lopari is a desktop game launcher. It finds PC games you already own, filters them to titles that support head tracking, and gives you one Play button per game. For a small number of titles it can install a community head-tracking mod, and uninstall it again. Everything happens on your machine and is reversible.
Lopari is independent and unofficial. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher, developer, storefront, hardware vendor, or trademark holder mentioned in the app or on this site. All trademarks belong to their owners and are referenced solely to identify supported titles.
Fair use
Use Lopari for personal, non-commercial use. Don't resell it, don't claim it as your own, and don't use it to break the law or harm anyone.
You're responsible for the games you launch and the mods you install. Modifying a PC game can violate that game's EULA and, in some titles, result in publisher penalties including multiplayer bans. Don't use Lopari with multiplayer, online, or competitive games, or any title whose terms forbid client modification - it's built for single-player camera and immersion changes.
Community mods installed via Lopari are published under their own licenses by their own authors. If one misbehaves, your remedy is to uninstall it. If you're a rights holder with a concern about something surfaced in the launcher or on this site, contact us and we'll work with you in good faith.
Patreon
If you link a Patreon account, the Service will check your supporter status with Patreon and unlock supporter-only features while your pledge is active. Billing is between you and Patreon - refunds go to them. Supporter features are a thank-you, not a paid product; their scope can change at any time.
No warranty, limited liability
The Service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. No promise is made that it will work, keep working, or be compatible with any particular game version.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages - including lost saves, account suspensions, or hardware issues - arising from your use of the Service. Total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed £50. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be excluded by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK in which you reside.
Changes
These terms may change. The "last updated" date above will move when they do.
